The Guardian Opinion I wrote this piece for the Guardian newspaper six months before the #Woman_life_freedom uprising in #Iran, but we were not yet on the #Mainstream media agenda. We had to present ourselves to the world’s eyes by being murdered or imprisoned for seeking our basic rights, such as being able to choose our clothing! After my detention, the piece was published, and some commentators accused me of #islamofobia even though the piece was based on my own true and real experience!
